Landscape Service FAQs

How do I begin the estimate process?

You can fill out the "Schedule a FREE Estimate" section in the Landscape Services page. Once we receive your request, our office staff or estimator will call you to discuss your project and to set up a time where you can meet with our estimator at your home or commercial job site. Or, you can simply call the office to begin the estimate process.

What happens next?

Once you have met with our estimator, he will take time to write up an estimate. Once completed, we will e-mail the estimate to you. Or, if you prefer, we can mail it to you instead. Please keep in mind that, depending on the size of your job and the materials involved, this may take several days for our estimator to prepare.

How do I accept my Landscape Proposal?

If you have received your proposal and would like to move forward with your project, please sign at the bottom of the proposal on the "acceptance" line. You can either e-mail it back to us, or send it to us via regular mail, along with a deposit of down. We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards. Please do not send cash through the mail. To pay by credit or debit card, please call the office to process that payment. Once we have received your signed contract and down deposit, we can then get you into the scheduling rotation. Please note that because the landscape season is limited here in Michigan, we recommend getting your paperwork and deposit back to us as soon as possible. Our jobs are scheduled based on the order in which they are accepted.
